Enjoy all the fun, fruity, floral flavors of the season with this year’s spring menu. We were inspired by our local farmer’s markets to create fresh new drinks that fill you with thoughts of blue skies and sunshine!

Tastes exactly how it sounds - like a sunny day in a field of lavender! The syrup for this drink is made in house using wild blueberries and organic lavender flowers, plus a vanilla bean and a dash of salt. Combined with milk and a shot of espresso, this drink tastes sweet and floral - the blueberries serve mainly to boost the lavender and create a beautiful periwinkle-blue color. Add our light pink rose cold foam for the prettiest coffee you’ll ever drink! ;)

With everyone fighting off winter colds and facing spring allergies, we wanted to create a drink that had a few more health benefits. We’ve been slowly infusing local honey with cinnamon sticks and vanilla beans for a drink with lots of flavor and no sugary syrup. The result is a sweet, slightly spiced flavor that tastes great both hot and cold!

Your new go-to for a refreshing coffee on a warm day! Espresso Tonics have been around for a bit, but we love mixing up different flavor combinations for fun new sparkling drinks each season. This rendition uses our housemade vanilla for a bit of sweetness, orange San Pellegrino for some tart fruity flavor, and a shot of espresso. Add some orange peel oil on top and you’ve got a refreshing drink for these warm days!
